<h4><a id="where-can-i-find-my-ticket"></a>Where can I find my ticket?</h4>
<p><span data-sheets-root="1">You can find your ticket in the <a class="in-cell-link" href="https://websummit.com/app/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Web Summit mobile app</a> by tapping ‘My ticket’ in the menu. You must show your ticket (QR code) in the app to register before entering the event venue.</span></p>
<p>You can also access your ticket via your confirmation email, which you should have received shortly after purchasing your ticket.</p>
<p>If you cannot locate your confirmation email, you can access <a class="in-cell-link" href="http://attend.websummit.com/lis25" target="_blank" rel="noopener">your ticket dashboard here </a>by entering the email address associated with your tickets.</p>
<h4><a id="how-do-i-buil-my-profile"></a>How do I build my profile?</h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The first step to building your attendee profile is downloading the </span><a href="https://websummit.com/app"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Web Summit mobile app</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">On your first login, we will ask you for basic personal information, including:</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The company you work for</span></li>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We will also ask what topics you’re interested in, and the areas of expertise you can share with your fellow attendees.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Finally, you’ll also be asked to upload a profile picture. This will make interactions with attendees more personal. </span></p>
<h4><a id="what-information-will-be-visible-on-my-profile"></a>What information will be visible on my profile?</h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Your profile will display basic personal information, including your profile picture, full name, job title, the company you work for, the industry you’re in and the country you’re joining from.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Your email address will not be visible unless you choose to connect with another attendee.</span></p>
<h4><a id="can-i-chat-with-other-attendees-on-the-app"></a>Can I chat with other attendees on the app?</h4>
<p><span data-sheets-root="1">You can contact any of your fellow Web Summit attendees through the mobile app. Starting a chat with another attendee is simple. When you find someone you’d like to connect with, click the chat icon next to the attendee’s profile picture and send a message.</span></p>

<h4><a id="how-can-i-build-a-personal-event-schedule"></a>How can I build a personal event schedule?</h4>
<p><span data-sheets-root="1">You can build a personal event schedule for each day of Web Summit.</span></p>
<p>Search for talks and masterclasses on the ‘Schedule’ tab at the bottom of the event app. Once you find a talk that interests you, you can click &#8216;going&#8217; or &#8216;interested&#8217; to add it to your personal schedule. You can access your schedule under ‘My schedule’ in the mobile app menu.</p>
<p>Any meetings you create with other attendees or companies will also be added to your personal event schedule.</p>
<h4><a id="how-can-i-find-the-talks-that-interest-me"></a>How can I find the talks that interest me?</h4>
<p><span data-sheets-root="1">The schedule icon (located on the bottom menu bar of the app) is your first port of call. It shows the full lineup of talks and other events, divided by the stages they will take place on, and by content theme. You can also browse talks by the date they take place.</span></p>
<p>You can also use the search function to find a particular talk or masterclass. Click the magnifying glass icon in the bottom right corner of the mobile app home screen, then select the ‘Sessions’ option at the top of the screen &#8211; this allows you to search for talks by speaker name or other keywords.</p>
<p>Once you have found talks that interest you, you can save them in ‘My schedule’.</p>
<p>You can also browse the Web Summit schedule on our website <a class="in-cell-link" href="https://websummit.com/schedule/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">here</a>. Use the filters to discover talks by topic, content track and format, or simply use the search box to find what you’re looking for.</p>
<h4><a id="how-can-i-use-the-app-to-network-with-others-Web-Summit"></a>How can I use the app to network with others at Web Summit?</h4>
<p><span data-sheets-root="1">Our mobile app is your key to finding and connecting with other attendees before Web Summit starts.</span></p>
<p>The &#8216;Discovery&#8217; section of the app allows you to find people you want to meet and view their attendee profiles.</p>
<p>From there, it’s easy to message anyone privately and plan meetings using your personal event schedule, or to contact companies and speakers for a one-to-one chat.</p>
<h4><a id="how-can-i-start-a-chat"></a>How can I start a chat?</h4>
<p><span data-sheets-root="1">Starting a chat with another attendee is simple. When you’ve found someone you’d like to connect with, click the chat icon next to the attendee’s profile picture.</span></p>
<p>You can also start a new chat in the Chats section of the app. At the top of the screen, tap the Chats icon, then tap the &#8216;Write Message&#8217; icon to search for attendees by name or keyword.</p>
<h4><a id="how-can-i-set-up-a-meeting"></a>How can I set up a meeting?</h4>
<p><span data-sheets-root="1">The Web Summit app is your key to meeting with attendees from around the world.</span></p>
<p>To set a meeting with another attendee, find the person you’d like to connect with and click ‘Request a meeting’ on their attendee profile. You will then be prompted to add a meeting name, time and location, and to provide some detail about the meeting.</p>
<p>A request will be sent to the attendee. If they accept your meeting invite, the meeting will appear in your personal schedule, which you can find by tapping the Menu icon and clicking &#8216;My schedule’.</p>
<p>You can also edit your meetings – changing the name, time, location and details – by selecting the meeting you would like to change and tapping the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the screen.</p>
